AFFILIATIONS

Renee is affiliated with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Susquehanna Human Resources Association (SHRA), Chambers of Commerce for Harford County, Cecil County, and the town of Aberdeen, and Chesapeake Professional Women's Network (CPWN) where she serves as Secretary, and chairs the Newsletter and Public Relations Committees.

Renee also teaches Management Development courses at both Harford Community College and Cecil Community College.

BACKGROUND

Owner Renee A. McNally has worked for companies such as United Healthcare, Comcast and Amazon.com. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication and Rhetoric, a Masters Degree in Education and Counseling, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has 15 years of Human Resources experience. She has practiced in both small and large organizations, call centers, financial services, warehouse/distribution, start ups, telecommunications and merger/acquisitions.
