Renee McNally was recently featured in an article in the Baltimore Business Journal. Businesses in the area were impacted by the recent winter weather and relied on employees to continue their usual work routines even if it meant working from home.
While safety was a top priority for business owners, they also had to find a way to keep the storms from affecting their business. Renee said that this was a perfect opportunity for employers to adapt to the notion of workers telecommuting from home.
